These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them, together with our Research use only statement, Shipping and Returns policies and Privacy notice.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use. You must be at least 18 and qualified to handle research chemicals. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe is intended for any other use.

2. Products and prices

Products are sold in kits of 10 vials. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include any VAT that applies. A lower per-kit price applies when you order 10 or more kits of the same product and size; the cart shows the price that applies. Shipping is charged as shown at checkout.

We try to keep every description and price accurate. If a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation by email. Payment is taken by card through our payment processor's secure page; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver only to addresses in the 27 EU member states. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy and are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Damaged or wrong items

Report a damaged or wrong item within 7 days of delivery with a photo, as set out in our Returns policy, and we will reship it. We do not issue refunds.

6. Right of withdrawal

Products are sealed research materials that are not suitable for return once delivered, for reasons of integrity and safety. To the extent permitted by law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to them. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory law.

7. Liability

You are responsible for the safe storage, handling, use and disposal of the products, and for complying with every law that applies to you. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the products other than laboratory research, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
